WAVE Founder James Bailey is delighted to share with industry that WAVE has become one of less than 500 UK companies to form an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and transition to an employee-owned business model. Fairness and equity are key principles for James and wife Jo; forming an EOT represent these principles and will provide a fair reward for all of the team at WAVE, and for future employees. The WAVE EOT has appointed Mark Williams, Nick Antill, and Steve Davison as its Trustee Directors.
Mark Williams has become Managing Director; he has been instrumental in the growth and success of WAVE. Of equal merit, Sam Cameron has become Engineering Manager. The management team at WAVE will be strengthened further in January with the appointment of a new Director ā with an announcement to be made in due course.
