The tenth edition of the international conference “CO2 and Ammonia Refrigeration Technologies” will be held from 27th to 29th April 2023 at Ohrid, in Macedonia.
Out of all refrigerants applied today, CO2 and ammonia are the most ancient, used since the XIX century. The technological evolutions they have undergone nowadays make them the most suitable refrigerants for countless applications, able to meet the necessary efficiency and sustainability requisites for the decarbonization of the cold sector. The themes of the conference will be: design of modern ammonia systems and new CO2 systems and technological innovations, improvement of the energy efficiency, various applications, technical guidelines and safety regulations. The conference is organized by the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Skopje University and by the International Institute of Refrigeration.
The nine previous conferences were highly successful, indicating the community’s growing interest in these technologies. Further information will follow as soon as available.
