FABRICE SEGURA IS ROEN EST’S NEW CEO

Change at the top of Roen Est: Fabrice Segura is the new CEO. After joining the company as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Fabrice Segura is now CEO and will continue with renewed determination and competence in bolstering Roen Est’s international standing in the heat exchange market.

With a degree in engineering from the University of Saint Etienne, Fabrice Segura has been working in the industry since 2001 and has gained solid experience in Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Supply Chain in the refrigeration sector.

Fabrice Segura has replaced Giovanni Bordin, Roen Est’s CEO since 2012: eight years during which the company has grown steadily with new investments in technology, process and management innovation, and sustainability becoming a reference point in the sector.

In January 2020, Roen was acquired by CCC Holdings Europe (CCCHE), a finance company based in Italy and specialised in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. At the end of September, Fondo Italiano per l’Efficienza Energetica joined CCC Holdings Europe S.p.A. with an investment of €18 million, €16 million of which went to Roen Est, further confirming its role as a leading player in the parent company’s growth and investment process.
