Carrier Commercial Refrigeration launches its Customer Days series this week, creating high-touch, immersive and interactive tours through Carrier’s Innovation Center in Mainz, Germany. The events offer customers a truly unique experience to see innovative products and technology, as well as provide a forum for discussions around current capabilities and future developments, focusing on energy savings and sustainable solutions for European retail customers. The sessions will leverage knowledge from senior leaders of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration and will engage customers in discussions covering retail trends, technology reviews, installations and lifecycle optimization. Agendas will be tailored to each customer to optimize their time and the showroom will be arranged to display the latest innovations in food retail and industrial refrigeration applications.
Topic selections can include new product development, energy efficiency, sustainable solutions, such as carbon dioxide refrigerant developments, services, digital and lifecycle solutions, as well as subjects specific to a customer. These specialized tours also include a look at a special cabinet of the future, which includes prototypes of the next generation of retail refrigeration. Also included is an overview on the digitalsolutions offered by Carrier that enhance visibility and increase equipment uptime, all while focusing on Carrier’s efforts to reduce our customer’s carbon footprint by 1 gigaton, as outlined in its 2030 ESG goals.
Visitors will learn how the recently launched Energy Optimization Program offers sustainable solutions to reduce their energy consumption up to 40%* while also reducing their carbon footprint through ready-to-install products, modifications and retrofits.
