Beijer Ref has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100 percent of the assets of Shravan Engineering, an established distributor of refrigeration and supplementary spare parts. In connection with this acquisition, Beijer Ref is starting a new company in India where the sellers will reinvest 26 percent of the purchase price.
This acquisition complements Beijer Ref’s geographical presence in India well and provides a varied product portfolio that can be further expanded by Beijer Ref’s existing product range. Shravan Engineering is located in South India and has an annual turnover of SEK 53 million (4,6 million € roughly).
